Since 1985 in the city of Thessaloniki and in the workshop of Art & Decoration by Tasos Design natural wood is kneaded skillfuly. It is the dedication of a whole family, which has been already passed to tha second generation and has risen during the past 10 years from a family busines and has been transformed into a handicraft company. Whith respect to tradition and the passion of artistic desing Backgammon and chess boards are skilfully curved. The raw materials are carefully chosen for a unique variety of veneer, from roots of ebony tree, rose-tree, sfendamo, pallysandro, walnuts as well as solid wood designs from African timper like Padouk, Masaratouba. Wenke In its estadlishments modern machinery initially shape the wood while artistic touch is given by the experienced craftsman. They can be found in selected shops all over Greece and are exported in various countries word wide.
